Lost in a pool of darkness
Again as the light gives way to the night.
Drowning in a whispered despair,
His thoughts of comfort fades as,
Sanity is ripped from within.
Another mind is reclaimed by agony,
Malicious insecurities shield the resistance--
Secret sullen grief becomes desperation.
And in this frenzied paranoia
He's buried his peace--
Weary dazes slowly become captivating.
Slowly, thoughts fade away.
He has cares that turn to apathy, which
fades as apathy succumbs to numbness--
Until the fighting ceases.
He resigns to the undying entrapment and
Accept the comforting hollow.
